“Dear George Clooney” in Paris …

I don’t think I’ve ever shared that “Dear George Clooney: Please Marry My Mom” has been translated into French and Portuguese. The German edition should be coming out soon, too.

As you can see, Helium books (in France) did their own artwork. I’m not sure what the press has been like in Brazil, but in France the book has been getting rave reviews. Being a true Francophile, I am thrilled. But my best thrill came yesterday, when the lovely publisher at Helium e mailed me this photo:

This is from the window display at Chantelivre, a well-known children’s bookstore in the heart of Paris – in my favorite neighborhood, in fact, St Germain des Pres. I just about fell over when I saw this photo. The only thing that could have made it better was if I was there, staring into the window! Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, and Happy Holidays everyone!
