A heads-up to my book loving friends: I’m going to launch a contest on National Cat Day (Oct. 29). I’ll be giving away three ARC’s of my new book, “Optimists Die First,” which happens to prominently feature felines. As well I have a bit of ultra-tacky cat paraphernalia for the first prize winner.
What do you need to do? You need to send me a photo – via Facebook, e mail (susinnielsen@gmail.com), Twitter or Instagram – of your pet (or a friend’s pet, I’m not being exclusive!) reading (or eating, or sleeping on) one of my books. An independent person will judge the photos. If you send me a photo before the 29th it will count. Contest will run for two weeks – winners will get ARC’s in plenty of time for Christmas/Hannukah etc. #petsreadingmybook
